CNA Caregiving Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at the Crossroads Care Center of Mayville. As a member of our caregiving team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will have current and active nursing aide certification in Wisconsin and will be responsible for providing routine daily nursing care and services to our residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as positioning, moving, and restorative care, mobility, toileting, and bathing, grooming: oral, shaving and nail care, dining assistance, dressing and undressing, infection control and prevention, nutrition and elimination, comfort care and end of life care, answering call lights timely and promptly, reporting all changes in the resident's condition to your assigned nurse as soon as possible, reporting all accidents and incidents you observe on the shift when they occur, recording all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative and descriptive manner, being a team player working in coordination with all disciplines in the facility.
