The Homebuyer Concierge at Lennar Homes plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless purchasing journey of homebuyers. As part of the Sales and Marketing department, this position requires exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication to manage transactions and provide updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers from escrow opening to closing, facilitating timely communication and transaction management.
  • Ensure sales files and documents are complete, compliant, and accurate to guarantee successful closings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide backup support for New Home Consultants as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing regular photo updates along their purchasing journey.

Requirements:

  • Preferably one year of experience supporting a real estate sales team.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and auto insurance required; Real Estate License preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possessing high-level customer service skills, organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
