About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food and beverages to meet customer expectations, adhering to food safety and quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and support each other in meeting customer needs.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that products are stocked and rotated properly to meet customer demand.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing customer needs and priorities.
Requirements
  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred.
  • Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification or be willing to obtain one.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
