Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including in-house products and factory supply inventory.

• Develop and implement effective inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking.

• Conduct regular cycle counts and annual inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Purchasing and Procurement

• Direct and oversee all purchasing activities, including domestic and overseas product purchasing.

Logistics and Shipping

Product Pricing and Margin Management

• Develop and maintain accurate product databases to ensure up-to-date pricing and inventory information.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.

• Proven experience in managing inventory levels, supplier relationships, and procurement processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to work effectively with suppliers, team members, and other stakeholders.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in inventory management software, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and purchasing software.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.

• Knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory control techniques, and procurement best practices.

Certifications (Optional)

• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

• Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP)
