    • Develop and implement maintenance routines, schedules, and procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement corrective actions to address maintenance-related issues and improve overall performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with other business operations.
  • People Management
    • Supervise and develop a team of skilled maintenance professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance management, with a proven track record of success in managing complex maintenance operations.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of maintenance professionals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex maintenance-related issues and develop effective solutions.
    • Knowledge of maintenance management principles, practices, and procedures, including safety regulations and best practices.
