KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-related activities.
  • Establish and implement project management frameworks and methodologies to guarantee timely delivery, budget adherence, high-quality standards, and alignment with customer expectations.
  • Assemble project plans and team assignments, directing daily work efforts, identifying resource requirements, conducting quality reviews, and appropriately escalating issues related to functionality, quality, and timelines.
  • Monitor key project milestones and adjust plans or resources as necessary to fulfill customer needs.
  • Facilitate communication across all enterprise areas that influence the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the managed work effort.
  • Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies, resource management practices, and change management techniques.
  • Manage one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity.
  • Oversee multiple large, complex projects that significantly impact the organization.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Lead relevant project stakeholders in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Assist all departments involved in a project to establish realistic goals and ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Coordinate resource availability, alignment, and allocation across both technical and non-technical departments to ensure project success.
  • Develop risk management strategies and conduct risk assessments.
  • Create detailed work breakdown structures and monitor progress against task completion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with project team members and external partners.
  • Develop communication strategies and consistently relay project status to the Program Manager and stakeholders in an organized manner.
  • Lead change management efforts concerning scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of overall Project Management experience, with at least five (5) years in large ERP roles, including one (1) SAP Ariba Implementation.
  • K-12 experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
