Job Responsibilities

  • Specimen Preparation and Packaging
  • Testing and Analysis
  • Performing pregnancy testing
  • Providing timely analysis of specimens
  • Quality Assurance
  • Assuring patient test results are reported efficiently
  • Monitoring test analyses and specimen examination
  • Data Entry
  • Specimen Collection
  • Performing walk-in lab visit phlebotomy
  • Miscellaneous Tasks
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • New York State Certified Clinical Laboratory Technician License
  • Phlebotomy experience
  • A strong ability to work independently and as an effective team member
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent ability to analyze test results and computer-generated reports
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and remain flexible
