About TGA Premier Sports

TGA Premier Sports is a national sports enrichment program that specializes in volleyball. We offer enrichment classes for elementary school students in Bergen County, NJ, on school campuses or municipal fields during the after-school time period.

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced instructors to teach volleyball classes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and physical fitness, as well as experience working with children. Previous instruction experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Teach volleyball classes to elementary school students
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Requirements
  • Enthusiasm and love for working with children
  • Ability to step out of your comfort zone and be a kid
  • Availability in the afternoon at least 2-3 days per week
  • Reliable source of transportation
  • Experience working with children
  • Passion for sports and physical fitness
