ROLE OVERVIEW

In the capacity of Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the brand leader and store manager in inspiring and guiding your team to provide an outstanding brand experience for our clientele.

Your store will serve as a hub for AllSaints enthusiasts and customers in the local community, whether they shop in-store or online. You will support the brand leader and store team in delivering exceptional service both in-person and digitally. Additionally, you will offer guidance and support to team members handling initial customer inquiries through our online service platform.

This position demands strong organizational skills, resilience, enthusiasm, and a commitment to ensuring that the in-store experience consistently reflects the AllSaints brand in an engaging manner.

Leading the stylist team will be a significant aspect of your role, where you will coach and motivate team members to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional service that leaves our customers feeling fantastic.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Spend the majority of your time on the bustling shop floor, collaborating with stylist teams to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding customer experience.
  • Provide leadership and support to team members addressing customer inquiries through various channels, including emails and chats.
  • Collaborate with customer experience team leaders to manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for online support.
  • Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for our products, inspiring both in-store and online customers as well as your team.
  • Maintain a commercially driven approach, ensuring our products are well-presented and that customers enjoy a remarkable brand experience.
  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring effective team deployment and providing necessary support and coaching to stylists.
  • Work alongside the management team to help the store exceed its targets and KPIs.
  • Manage personnel matters, including return-to-work interviews and performance management, in collaboration with the people and culture team.
  • Independently create and implement floor plans and schedules to set the store up for success.
