We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Marina Attendant to join our team at Three Waters Resort & Marina. As a Marina Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for boating enthusiasts and guests, ensuring their safety, satisfaction, and memorable experiences on the water.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with boat rentals, docking, and fueling
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction

  • Monitor the marina area for safety and security
  • Coordinate and schedule boat reservations

Requirements:

  • Strong passion for boating, water sports, and outdoor activities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to swim and perform basic water rescues if required
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions
