As a Visual Inspection Specialist in the pharmaceutical sector, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the quality and integrity of pharmaceutical products through thorough visual examination processes. Working closely with production teams, you will pinpoint and rectify any discrepancies, ensuring adherence to rigorous regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform Visual Inspections: Execute comprehensive visual evaluations of pharmaceutical products, detecting any flaws or deviations from established quality benchmarks.
  2. Quality Compliance: Assess products against regulatory criteria, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry standards.
  3. Record Keeping: Accurately document inspection results, maintaining detailed records for regulatory adherence and audit readiness.
  4. Defect Analysis: Identify and classify defects, conveying findings to pertinent stakeholders and aiding in root cause analysis initiatives.
  5. Process Enhancement: Continuously refine visual inspection methodologies to boost efficiency and reliability, ensuring consistent product excellence.
  6. Training and Development: Offer training to production staff on visual inspection methodologies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., pharmacy, chemistry, biology).
  • Experience in visual inspection within the pharmaceutical field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and knowledge of pharmaceutical quality standards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA regulations).
  • Analytical thinking with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Certification in quality inspection or related fields is a plus.

Contract Terms:
