Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Loader to join our team at Cabot Creamery. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for accurately counting inventory, verifying receipts and shipment notifications, and safely operating a forklift and electric pallet jack.

Key Responsibilities
  • Count and verify inventory levels to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Operate a forklift and electric pallet jack to move products within the warehouse
  • Load and unload products from trucks and shelves
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
  • Collaborate with warehouse personnel to complete tasks and responsibilities
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and report any food safety issues or incidents to your supervisor
Requirements

We are looking for a dependable and self-motivated individual with prior shipping and receiving experience, and distribution/warehouse experience is a plus. Good math skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

As a Warehouse Loader, you will have the opportunity to work on 2nd shift with a competitive starting salary and the chance to earn a higher salary with prior warehouse experience. Our Sunday-Thursday schedule offers a great work-life balance.
