Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Home Health Nursing Supervisor to join our dedicated team.

Compensation: $100,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

The Home Health Nursing Supervisor will oversee and coordinate clinical services, ensuring the delivery of nursing care to patients in their residences as directed by healthcare providers and in compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supervising clinical services within the scope of nursing practice as defined by state laws.
  • Managing patient referrals, clinician assignments, and evaluating care orders.
  • Coordinating patient home health benefits and insurance approvals.
  • Continuously assessing patient needs and ensuring individualized care.
  • Reviewing assessments and care plans regularly and consulting with clinicians as necessary.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
