We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Aide or CNA to join our team.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires regular travel to multiple clients' homes to provide assistance with daily living activities, such as personal care, housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, transfers, and companionship care.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving others and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with ADLs (activities of daily living)
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
  • Remind clients of medication schedules
  • Transfer clients safely and assist with mobility
Benefits
