Fidelity Client Development Specialist

Job Overview:
Fidelity Investments is seeking a skilled Financial Relationship Building Professional to facilitate relationships with our most valuable clients. As a pivotal role within the branch team, you will foster client relationships and find opportunities to deepen the relationship in meaningful ways.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will work closely with Financial Consultants to keep them organized and ensure that daily work is carried out with the client's needs top of mind. You will be responsible for setting targeted appointments, bringing great perspective on financial planning, and acting as an advocate for your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Facilitate setting targeted appointments to improve engagement with clients
- Financial Planning: Bring great perspective on financial planning to clients
- Advocacy: Be an advocate for your clients and act in their best interests
- Relationship Building: Develop long-lasting, meaningful relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Licenses and Registrations: FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed; Series 65 or 66 licensed and appropriate state registrations OR ability to acquire series 65/66 upon hire
- Experience: 1-3 years in financial services with an emphasis in providing an excellent customer experience
- Planning Experience: Planning experience and knowledge of financial markets and products
- Social Skills: Strong social skills and the ability to deliver highly personalized service to each client
