The Housekeeping Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest accommodations and public spaces within the hotel. This position is essential for ensuring guest satisfaction and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness of assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established standards.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Communicate effectively with the Front Desk regarding room status and any guest requests.
- Ensure that housekeeping carts and storage areas are stocked and organized.
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel policies.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide support when needed.
- Comply with all safety and security protocols as per company guidelines.
- Be willing to assist in other areas as directed by supervisors or management.
Qualifications:
