**Job Summary**

Waste Pro is seeking a skilled Roll Off Driver to join our team. As a Roll Off Driver at Waste Pro, you will be responsible for:

  • Securing containers by attaching a hook to the container
  • Using control levers to pull the container up on the bed of the truck, securing straps and hand-tarping individual containers as necessary
  • Operating compaction and lift equipment on the vehicle
  • Performing daily pre- and post-trip inspections as set forth by Waste Pro procedures and D.O.T. guidelines
  • Maintaining a clean truck and washing the exterior weekly

**Responsibilities**

As a Roll Off Driver, you will be the face of Waste Pro, interacting with customers and ensuring their satisfaction. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries
  • Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and equipment
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

**Requirements**

To be successful as a Roll Off Driver at Waste Pro, you will need:

  • A valid CDL license
  • Experience in waste management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
