As a Restore esthetician, you will collaborate with clients to meet their skin health objectives while introducing them to our cutting-edge wellness treatments that complement the esthetic services you offer. Key Responsibilities of a Restore Esthetician:

  • Conducting consultations and delivering Neveskin, Hydrafacial, Oxygen facials, along with various esthetic treatments.
  • Developing and nurturing your own clientele.
  • Maintaining precise records for each session.
  • Managing appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations.
  • Ensuring all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are sanitized and well-maintained.
  • Promoting Restore's esthetic services to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Cross-promoting other Restore services that may enhance esthetic offerings.
  • Overseeing inventory and ordering esthetic supplies as necessary.
  • Educating clients about Restore's services and products that enhance their experience.
  • Assisting with operational tasks including welcoming customers, answering inquiries, providing tours, selling services, utilizing our point-of-sale system for transactions, operating wellness equipment, and performing light cleaning duties.

Essential Qualities for Success as a Restore Esthetician:
  • You hold a valid esthetician license.
  • Experience or certification in using Never equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience or certification in utilizing Hydrafacial equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are exceptional.
  • You uphold high standards of ethics and integrity.
  • You are dedicated to helping individuals look and feel their best.
