Job Details:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Utilities Supervisor to become a vital part of our plant operations team.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment where you will oversee the management of our power distribution, water systems, and boiler control systems.

Your contribution will be crucial in ensuring adherence to electricity regulations while upholding the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage all facets of our power distribution and water systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with relevant regulations.

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

- Utilize PLCs, HART communication, and DeviceNet systems for monitoring and controlling utilities.

- Act as the electrical foreman, leading a team of electricians and ensuring all tasks are executed to the highest standards.

- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all utilities.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure utilities effectively support their operational needs.

- Maintain comprehensive records of all utilities operations, including repairs, maintenance, and any incidents.

- Stay informed about the latest advancements in utilities technology and regulations, implementing necessary updates or improvements.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in utilities management.

- At least 1 year of experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

- Experience as an electrical foreman.

- Proficiency in PLCs, HART communication, and DeviceNet systems.

- Knowledge of water systems and boiler control systems.

- Strong understanding of power distribution systems and electricity regulations.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proactive work approach with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues effectively.
