We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatric Registered Nurse to join our team as a Travel Nurse RN. As a Psychiatric RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with mental health conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to individuals with mental health conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Document patient information and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Current Wisconsin RN License
  • American Heart Association BLS Certification
  • 2 years of recent nursing experience
  • Prior Psych nursing experience preferred
