Job OverviewThis is a career opportunity with significant advancement opportunities for a Construction Superintendent to lead our Frontline Operations Team. The successful candidate will ensure safety, quality, delivery, production, costs, and training objectives while performing hands-on duties on the job site.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Construction Superintendent. As a member of our Frontline Operations Team, you will be responsible for managing projects, crews, and resources to deliver high-quality results within provided deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Safety: Responsible for all crew members' safety and adhering to company protocols.
- Project Management: Planning and managing projects, including daily management processes, monitoring project performance, and ensuring compliance.
- Crew Management: Managing and maintaining crew member relations, tracking, documenting performance reviews, development plans, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
- Communication: Coaching and mentoring technicians, adhering to the PISTOL process, and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally. A valid driver's license and experience running tracked equipment supported via dozer winch on steep slopes are also required.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management, including job management and knowledge of building products and services.
- Proven ability to accurately interpret customer plans, meet profitability goals, and motivate teams to produce quality projects within deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Valid driver's license and experience running tracked equipment supported via dozer winch on steep slopes.
Salary: $33.07-$39.97 per hour. Estimated annual salary: $115,000. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
