Responsibilities:- Assess patient health and develop treatment plans
- Provide education to patients and families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient care services and maintain accurate records

- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
- Current licensure in the state of Michigan
- Current DEA License
- ACLS preferred/BLS minimum
