About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Land Development Engineer. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and managing land development projects, including industrial and economic development, data centers, residential, commercial, and educational, and municipal site development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and project management for land development projects, including site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility, roadway, and other engineering plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development.
  • Civil engineering degree and EIT, PE, or on-track to obtain it.
  • Proficiency in AutoCad Civil 3D.
