Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate in our Distribution Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack orders to ensure quality and timely processing.
  • Operate integrated warehouse systems, including handheld barcode scanners.
  • Achieve individual performance standards and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent product shortages and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Use and understand Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow company safety guidelines.
  • Report food safety concerns to Warehouse Management or HR.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is desired.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional overtime and weekend hours.
  • Prior shipping experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift, push/pull up to 40 lbs., bend, stoop, or reach above the shoulders and below the knees in a fast-paced environment.

Competencies:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
