Requirements
  • DDS/DMD Degree: Hold an active and unrestricted license in the state of Minnesota.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Possess clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues.
  • Desire to Learn: Demonstrate a desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs.
  • Credentialing: Be able to become credentialed with dental insurance plans.
  • PHI Protection: Understand the importance of protecting patient health information and maintaining data safeguards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • New Grad to Experienced Dentist: Prefer candidates with new grad to over a year or more of clinical experience.
Physical Requirements
  • Essential Duties: Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged Sitting and Standing: Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
  • Virtual Training: Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year.
