Job Overview: As a Healthcare Companion, you will work directly with residents to provide personalized care and support in their daily living needs. This rewarding role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide resident-centered care, focusing on individualized needs and preferences.
• Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Document resident care information, following Society policies and procedures.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed an accredited nursing assistant training program and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Compensation and Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
