Dishwasher Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a dishwasher at Big Mike's BBQ Smokehouse Restaurants. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

• Operate the dishwashing machine to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Sort and scrape dishes, and rinse glassware before loading into the dishwashing machine.
• Maintain proper levels of detergents and cleaning supplies, and report any mechanical issues with the dishwashing machine to the supervisor.
• Participate in regular employee meetings to stay informed about procedures and safety protocols.
• Return utensils and plates to their designated storage areas after unloading the dishwasher.
• Clean kitchen floors daily to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.

• Excellent physical stamina and health.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in food service is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
