Our organization is expanding, with multiple locations across various cities. We take pride in being the experts in door openings, distinguishing ourselves from mere construction material suppliers.

The Estimating Division is crucial to our thriving enterprise. This role operates on a schedule from Monday to Thursday, 7 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with the possibility of occasional overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed take-offs, pinpoint relevant drawings and specifications, and analyze project requirements.
• Identify door and hardware solutions that provide a competitive edge while adhering to project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and architects to ensure optimal solutions are provided.
• Input door, frame, and hardware data accurately into estimating software (Comsense).
• Deliver clear and detailed proposals to clients.
• Follow up on all bids to confirm client satisfaction with the scope and pricing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in interpreting plans and specifications.
• Familiarity with industry-specific estimating software (Comsense or Pro-tech).
• Knowledge of the Construction Industry.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in computer applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Bluebeam.
• Strong mathematical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, advanced environment, both independently and collaboratively.
• Self-motivated with a robust work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills.
• Must successfully pass drug and alcohol screenings.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting from $65,000 annually

Work Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts.
• Daytime hours, Monday through Friday.

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities.

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum of 3 years in Construction Estimating.
