As a Graduate Pharmacist Intern, you'll play a critical role in our pharmacy team, working under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe and effective work environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Safety: Ensure the well-being and safety of our patients by adhering to regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards.
  • Pharmacy Professional Practice: Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on changing healthcare for the better.
  • Regulatory Requirements: Stay up-to-date with state and federal regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence in our pharmacy operations.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve our pharmacy processes, identifying areas for growth and implementing meaningful solutions.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional care to our patients, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and compassion.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our pharmacy inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient use of resources.
  • Workflow Management: Collaborate with our pharmacy team to optimize workflows, reducing errors and improving efficiency.

Education and Qualifications:
  • PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
  • 0-3 years prior relevant work experience.
  • Must possess or be in process of obtaining a valid Pharmacist intern and/or technician licensure as required by state BOP.

Ability to:
  • Have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
  • Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time.
  • Lift, scan, and bag items.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Immunization eligibility.
  • 3-5 years prior relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
