About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a Sales Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a rewarding experience that elevates their sport performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Sales Results: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Offer solutions that result in customer satisfaction, making a connection, and providing attention to detail.
  • Contribute to a Positive Store Environment: Foster strong, professional relationships with peers, management, and support staff, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Take pride in the appearance of the store, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.
  • Embody the Company Values: Treat customers and colleagues with respect, promoting an inclusive culture and adhering to company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1+ years in retail or customer service.
  • Skills: Familiarity with point of sale systems, basic phone and math skills, and the ability to sell through effective sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
