Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Repair and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve equipment issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with Golding's quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with production staff and other maintenance personnel to ensure seamless equipment operation and minimal downtime.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment required.
  • Skills: Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations; ability to work well in a fast-paced environment; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

The Maintenance Specialist will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and caustic chemicals. The ability to work in a wet and humid environment is required.
