MEDICORP, INC is seeking a skilled Endocrinologist to join their team in Southern Ohio. As a key member of the practice, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary options: $238,580 (50%tile MGMA) or $283,530 (75%tile MGMA)
  • Additional compensation for experience
  • Guaranteed for 2 years or 1 year, respectively
  • Switch to wRVU production contract when exceeding target
Practice Details
  • Office hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00a-5:00p, Friday 8:00a-12:00p
  • Limited call: No ER call, inpatient call minimal, outpatient call for emergent issues only
  • Shared call with Family Practice physician (answering service)
Support Staff
  • 2 NPs
  • MOA, LPN, office manager, and Certified Diabetes Educator/Certified Insulin Pump Educator
Benefits Package
  • Full benefits package including 10K for moving, CME allowance, 457 deferred comp plan, 403B retirement, paid malpractice insurance, health, and other insurances
  • 232 hours of PTO (additional 40 hours offered when producing 75th percentile RVUs)
  • Full health coverage
  • $200,000 in student loan debt assistance
  • Residency stipend up to $25,000
  • Sign-on bonus of 15% base salary offered (up to $100,000)
