Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, including explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly.
  • Monitor patients during MRI procedures and ensure their safety and comfort.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and images.
Requirements
  • ARRT certification required for MRI Techs.
  • MRI Techs require CT credentials on ARRT Certification.
  • Ultrasound Techs require ARDMS certification only.
  • Must be ARRT certified.
  • Must have at least 2 yrs of MRI exp with travel or 3 yrs of MRI exp with no travel.
  • Must live at least 100 miles from facility.
Additional Details
  • Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.
  • Methodist - Attestation or I9 required.
  • Qualivis: Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client.
  • Methodist: 2 forms of government issued ID (driver's license, social security card, passport, etc.).
