Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current state licensure or in the process of obtaining it.
  • CPR Certification (requirements may vary by location).
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire.
  • Experience in Post-Acute care is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills to support program development.
  • A commitment to positively representing the profession and Consonus Healthcare Services in the community.
