Exam One, Affiliated Medical Services is seeking experienced and detail-oriented phlebotomy collectors to join our team of independent contractors.

We are currently expanding our network of mobile phlebotomists in the Columbus area. Our company specializes in collecting blood work and samples for various laboratories and insurance providers.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate and efficient phlebotomy procedures on patients in a variety of settings.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation of all collections.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and laboratory personnel.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 200 successful phlebotomy draws.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with insurance.
  • Ability to travel within a 25-mile radius of your home base.
  • Excellent attendance record and punctuality.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of independent contractor requirements (1099 status).
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Training is provided for all new phlebotomists.
