Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our team. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for picking rolls off the conveyor and placing them into pans, ensuring proper quantity and placement. You will also be responsible for visually inspecting product to ensure quality by monitoring color and texture.

Responsibilities
  • Pick product from the conveyor and place it in pans according to prescribed quantity and placement.
  • Perform visual inspection of product to ensure quality by monitoring color and texture.
  • Check for accuracy and maintain company standards for cleanliness, food safety, and productivity in the processing area.
  • Communicate with the sheeting operator to ensure roll quality.
  • Work cooperatively with other members of the processing area.
  • Ensure compliance to quality, food safety, and HAACP support programs; assure conformity to all company, customer, and government standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED certificate required.
  • Prior experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
  • May not have food allergies.
Working Conditions

This position requires regular standing, walking, reaching, lifting, and bending while moving about the facility. You must be able to rotate sitting and standing for a 10-hour work period with two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute meal period. You may be required to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
