About the Job:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team at Offshore Carpet Cleaning and Janitorial Services. As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of office buildings, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and dust office spaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Sanitize and disinfect high-touch areas, such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops
• Operate cleaning equipment, including vacuums, mops, and carpet cleaners
• Restock paper products and soap as needed
• Perform other cleaning tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
