Behavioral Therapist

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our team at the Pocono Center. As a Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support and therapy to adults with intellectual disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client
• Provide counseling and behavioral therapy to promote positive behavior and emotional well-being
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and need
