The Party Staff, Inc. is on the lookout for dedicated individuals to fill the role of Kitchen Sanitation Specialist.
Position Responsibilities:
As a Kitchen Sanitation Specialist, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Efficiently cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen and dining equipment, including dishes, glassware, and utensils, using both mechanical and manual methods as required.
- Ensuring the proper operation and upkeep of cleaning equipment.
- Handling and storing cleaning agents safely and appropriately.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized kitchen environment by disposing of waste, managing grease, sweeping and mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces during and after shifts.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:
Applicants for the Kitchen Sanitation Specialist position should possess six months to one year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. A solid understanding of food safety practices and a positive, proactive attitude are essential. A collaborative spirit and a willingness to engage in all aspects of kitchen operations will lead to success in this role.
Candidates must be capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, climbing, pushing, pulling, twisting, stretching, squatting, reaching, and lifting up to 35 lbs. from floor to waist level, as well as the ability to stand for extended periods.

Compensation: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
