This Physical Therapist role involves treating patients with actual or potential health problems and implementing PT programs to prevent disability.

About the Team
  • Our rehabilitation team is dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric age groups.
  • The successful candidate will have strong clinical judgment skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience with group dynamics and advanced degree in specialty are preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluation and Treatment: Evaluate patient physical status, functional abilities, and age-specific needs to determine current level of functioning.
  2. Discharge Planning: Coordinate discharge planning early in treatment based on continuing assessments and stated expectations for achieving treatment goals.
  3. Documentation: Complete all chart documentation accurately and timely according to departmental criteria.
Requirements
  • A graduate of an accredited physical therapy program is required. Recent graduates with certification in Physical Therapy are also acceptable.
  • Credentials from multiple states, including Oregon and Washington, are required. Physical Therapist License or Permit within 6 months of hire is mandatory.
  • National Provider Identifier and Basic Life Support certification are also required at hire.
