Daily Responsibilities:

  • Preparing the yard for daily operations and closing procedures.
  • Handling the loading and unloading of equipment while coordinating with the Rental Coordinator.
  • Cleaning and performing necessary maintenance on returned equipment to ensure it is ready for rental.
  • Assisting in maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the equipment in the yard.
Ideal Candidates Will Possess:
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record and dependable transportation.
  • The ability to comply with all drug and alcohol testing requirements and a commitment to a drug-free workplace.
  • Capability to pass training assessments for forklift, AWP, and propane operations.
  • A strong emphasis on safety practices.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Ability to follow instructions and grasp objectives and processes.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including some weekends.
  • Readiness to undertake other assigned tasks.
  • Competence in understanding job-related duties through both verbal and written communication.
  • Comfort with working independently when necessary.
Physical Requirements:
  • Capacity to stand for prolonged periods and perform activities such as walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
  • Able to lift weights up to 75 pounds multiple times throughout a shift.
  • Workday composition may include:
    • Standing 50%
    • Walking 45%
    • Sitting 5%
This role is classified as nonexempt.
