Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Radiology Technologist to perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures using radiology equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of radiology principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Position patients, adjust equipment, and secure support devices to perform procedures.
  • Determine appropriate radiographic technique based on anatomy and patient condition to obtain quality films.
  • Secure patient history and maintain accurate records.
  • Adhere to safety standards and practices to ensure patient safety and quality care.
  • Perform quality control tasks, including inventory management and labeling radiology images.
  • Coordinate patient flow and communicate with providers to ensure exams are completed in a timely fashion.
Requirements
  • IDNS license.
  • Graduate from an accredited AMA School of Radiology.
  • Knowledge of Health Information System and basic knowledge of radiology equipment.
  • CPR certification and licensed by IDNS.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists registered (ARRT).
Working Conditions

The Radiology Technologist will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with patients, providers, and other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 35 pounds and work during site hours of operation.
