Responsibilities- Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations to determine the need for care and develop a plan of treatment.
- Provide routine procedures and assist physicians and other healthcare providers as needed.
- Deliver care in a non-judgmental and non-discriminatory manner, sensitive to the linguistic, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.
- Document patient visits and correspondence using the Epic electronic medical record system.
- Maintain current licensure and complete all required training to ensure safe and effective practice.
- Graduate of an accredited physician assistant program or an accredited school of advanced nursing.
- Current licensure to practice as an advanced nurse practitioner in the state of South Carolina.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
