Intellectual Property Attorney Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal to join a reputable firm in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trademarks and patents, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in IP law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the prosecution and maintenance of trademarks and copyrights, including preparing and filing applications, renewals, and other related filings.
- Conduct and analyze trademark availability searches, and prepare client search analyses.
- Draft patent and trademark applications, office action responses, assignments, and trademark maintenance/renewal documents.
- E-file patent and trademark applications with the USPTO.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the firm.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as an IP Paralegal.
Compensation: $75,000-$95,000 per year, depending on experience. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
