Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team at EasyCare Recruiting. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our F&I operations and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute F&I strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage a team of F&I professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze F&I performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-year F&I experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
