  • Leading a crew of four on-site
  • Managing all aspects of project delivery, including scheduling, material supply, and labor allocation

Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in carpentry and leadership roles
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
