Job Summary:

The Vascular Technologist demonstrates critical thinking skills and sound judgment in the delivery of patient care. The Vascular Technologist is responsible and accountable for the provision of diagnostic testing to assigned patient population in accordance with physician's orders, recognized technician techniques, and policies procedures, established standards, and administrative policies of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic testing to assigned patient population in accordance with physician's orders.
  • Apply critical thinking skills and sound judgment in the delivery of patient care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree required.
  • RVT or RVS required.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience required.
