Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with healthcare providers and patients to gather data on healthcare service delivery procedures.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify areas that need improvement and develop strategies to address these issues.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to develop and implement health information systems that support the collection, sharing, standardization, and integration of healthcare data.
- Train healthcare staff on health information system deployment and management.
- Work with healthcare providers to improve standards of care, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing or other healthcare field.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience required.
- Cerner Oracle EMR experience preferred.
- Current knowledge of clinical practices and related information systems and computer applications required.
