  • Conduct interviews with healthcare providers and patients to gather data on healthcare service delivery procedures.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify areas that need improvement and develop strategies to address these issues.
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to develop and implement health information systems that support the collection, sharing, standardization, and integration of healthcare data.
  • Train healthcare staff on health information system deployment and management.
  • Work with healthcare providers to improve standards of care, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing or other healthcare field.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience required.
  • Cerner Oracle EMR experience preferred.
  • Current knowledge of clinical practices and related information systems and computer applications required.
