As a Residential Landscape Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation and Needs Assessment: Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs, preferences, and budget constraints, ensuring personalized solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposal Development: Showcase Hively's expertise, portfolio, and value proposition to clients, highlighting the benefits of professional landscaping solutions, and develop accurate project proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and project scopes.
  • Contract Negotiation and Client Relationship Management: Build trusting relationships with clients by negotiating contracts and terms, addressing concerns and questions along the way, and cultivate strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Success in residential landscaping sales and building strong client relationships.
  • Landscape Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of landscape design and build processes, with enthusiasm for expanding expertise.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly across departments.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 + commission, and we offer comprehensive health, dental, and retirement benefits, ongoing training and professional development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
