Contract Details:

*Work Hours:* 40 hours per week
*Shifts:* Days and Evenings, with specific hours outlined below:

  • Day Shift: 6:45 am – 3:15 pm
  • Evening Shift: 2:45 pm – 11:15 pm

Certifications Required:
*BLS Certification*

Licensure:
*Active NJ RN License or Compact RN License*

Experience:
*Minimum of 2 years in psychiatric nursing*

Facility Information:
*Size:* 400-bed facility
*Electronic Medical Records:* Primarily paper charting with electronic systems for medication management.

Patient Demographics:
Focus on adult patients, predominantly aged 25-45, with a gender distribution of 75% male and 25% female.

Security Measures:
Each unit is staffed with security personnel, maintaining a high staff-to-patient ratio, ensuring safety and support for both patients and staff.

Compensation:
*Weekly Pay:* $2,522.00
